Accessibility and assistance
We want Amafarmacia information and services to be usable by people with disabilities as well.

How to use the website
The website presents our two pharmacies, opening hours, contact details, history and service directory. You can search for a service by name or category and open its card to read the description and contact options. Availability is confirmed by the relevant pharmacy.
- Use the “Skip to content” link to bypass the menu. Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls; Enter activates links.
- Service cards open with Enter or Space. You can clear the search by deleting the text in the field.
- In galleries, the “Previous” and “Next” buttons change photograph. “Close” or the Esc key closes the enlarged view and returns focus to the original photograph.
- You can zoom the page using your browser controls. The website respects the device preference for reduced motion.
- The legal guarantee notice is available both as the original colour image and as text on the page.
Bookings and external services
Appointment calendars are managed through the external Vqui service. After choosing Amafarmacia Mortari or Amafarmacia Peirano, follow the instructions in the relevant calendar. If a service is not listed or you have difficulty booking, contact the pharmacy using the details below.
WhatsApp, Google Maps and on-duty pharmacy portals are external services. Pharmacy addresses are also provided as text, so a map is not required. A link may open the associated application on your device.
Verification status
Accessibility work and verification are ongoing. The project’s technical target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, alongside assessment of applicable legal requirements. This page does not constitute a declaration of full compliance.
The main website paths have been checked automatically during technical verification for: a single H1 heading per page, heading hierarchy without skipped levels, image alternative text, accessible names for links and buttons, absence of duplicate identifiers, integrity of internal links and absence of PHP errors detected during rendering. These checks do not replace manual testing with assistive technologies.
Testing with real screen readers, full verification of external Vqui calendars and review of older content that remains reachable still need to be completed. This information will be updated after end-to-end testing.
Report an accessibility issue or ask for assistance
Tell us which page or service you were using, what you were trying to do and, if useful, the device, browser or assistive technology involved. You may request an alternative way to receive the information. Do not send diagnoses, medical reports, credentials or other health data that are unnecessary for the report.
